Return and Exchange Policy (Al-Rehab Perfumes Online Store)

At Al-Rehab Perfumes, we offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion if products are repeatedly returned.


1 - Returns:

A refund request can be made within three (3) days of receiving the order. Dear customer, we value your time; however, to complete the return process properly, a return shipping label will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email. You must print it out, attach it securely on top of the sealed package, and deliver it to the nearest branch of the shipping company specified on the label.

A fee of 25 (return shipping label cost) will be deducted from the total amount.

Once we receive and inspect the returned shipment, the financial department will process the refund to your bank account. This process may take between 2 to 14 business days.

2 - Exchanges:

Products can be exchanged within seven (7) days of receiving the order. The exchange will be issued as a store credit voucher equal to the value of the returned products, provided the product is in its original packaging, unused condition, and includes all its accessories and the invoice.

To complete the exchange process properly, a return shipping label will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email. You must print it out, attach it securely on top of the sealed package, and deliver it to the nearest branch of the shipping company specified on the label.

A fee of 25 (return shipping label cost) will be deducted.

Once we receive and inspect the returned shipment, the financial department will issue and send the voucher within 1 to 3 business days ( The voucher is valid for one month from the date it is sent to the customer ).

Note:

Partially used or opened products (e.g., for testing purposes) cannot be returned or exchanged.

For the safety of our customers and public health, the following products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Cosmetics and makeup
  • Unsealed products
  • Body care products
  • Hair care products
  • Perfumes
  • Oud oil
  • Oud wood
  • Incense
  • Gift sets

Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery fees paid during the initial purchase will not be refunded in case of a product return or exchange.


3 - Return/Exchange Cases Where No Fees Are Charged to the Customer:

  • If a damaged product is received, the return or exchange is free of charge and covered by the store.
  • If the order is canceled before shipping, the full amount will be refunded.
  • If the order is canceled after shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
